In RStudio, you will need to install several packages (epiR, ggplot2, lme4, lmerTest, MuMIn, nlme, nlmeODE, plyr, reshape2). This tutorial explains how to install the packages (as well as how to install R and RStudio). To determine if you successfully installed the packages, you can run this test script.
For Molly, please follow the instructions for installation. Help will be available at the workshop for installation problems. Note that Molly can be run on Windows only, and Mac users may need to run an emulation of Windows.
